March 2020 Quest - Challenge Level 8 (Fixed Team)

This month's Challenge Level 8 with fixed team is pretty neat and easy. As always, GungHo already provided us with needed skills to defeat the enemies. All you need to know is how to activate the leader skills and when to use a specific skill.

Leader is Takamimusubi. His leader skill is "[No Skyfall Combos]; 4x ATK when attacking with 4+ attributes, 5x ATK when 6 orbs or less remaining on the board after matching"
Pretty strong in terms of ATK multiplier but he doesn't have any survivability. No built-in shield, no HP and no RCV multiplier. His skill extends move time to 3x from the original move time and 3-turn haste to all allies at 20 cd. Pretty long but it's backed up by his awakenings of four skill boosts.

First sub is Ruddy. he also has four skill boosts, two 7c one L-unlock, guard break and skill bind resist. his skill changes heal to dark and recovers 30% of max hp for 3 turns at only 7 cd.

Second sub is Shamash. She has bind proof, skill bind resist, two time extend, one skill boost and one skill charge. her skill does 30% gravity and clears bind (including awoken bind) by 3 turns at 20 cd. The same as Takamimusubi.

Third sub is PAD Academy Kali. She has three skill boosts, skill bind resist, two time extend+, two wood rows and bind proof. her skill is the usual. Creates a full board of all attributes and heal at 7 cd.

Last sub is Vigo. He has one skill boost, skill bind resist, one time extend, one skill charge and one physical and two healer killers (updated from one healer killer as part of the DBDC makes another return into PAD). His skill voids enemies' defense for 1 turn (the effect carries over on sweeping the floor) while changes heal and poison into water orbs at 13 cd.

This team has 17 skill boosts, covers all attributes guard break and two sub has skill charge. As for move time, this team has 9.5 seconds in total. Should be adequate.

First floor is a bunch of evo mask. Activate leader skills and you will defeat them all. It doesn't matter if you aren't making mass attack because they don't have a lof of defense and HP.

Second floor has 99% gravity as preemptive. You can stall a turn but I'd advise not to because Griffin's first turn move is binding random card for 2~3 turns. Depends on who gets the bind, you might spend some turn stalling on the next floor. Activate the leader skills and defeat him immediately. You don't need to heal if you don't have enough heal orbs on the board. The next floor doesn't have any preemptive damage.

Third floor is Extreme King Metal Dragon. He has a lot of defense. Takamimusubi and possibly Ruddy is the only one who can pierce through his defense. The best method to defeat him is by using Kali to get all attributes and match them to activate Ruddy's guard break. He doesn't have a lot of HP so even if Ruddy does damage lower than his defense, his guard break will goes through.

Fourth floor is Light Izanami who will binds all cards for 2 turns. Don't worry. Use Shamash to clear the bind, followed by using Ruddy to change all heal orbs into dark. Now you got a lot of dark orbs. Then use Takamimusubi. We actually need the haste from Takamimusubi more than his extended move time. Since Shamash also erases 30% of Izanami's HP with gravity, it's even easier to defeat her. Don't forget to leave 6 orbs or less remaining on the board after matching to activate the leader skills.

The boss is Wisedragon Apolluo. He has massive defense and pretty big HP. The interesting part is that he doesn't have status shield. Here's how to defeat him:
1. First use Vigo to nullify his massive defense
2. Use Takamimusubi for the haste. This will bring both Kali and Ruddy up and ready.
3. Use Kali to get all attributes and heal.
4. Use Ruddy to change all heal into dark. Now we have a lot of dark orbs. Ruddy also has attribute advantage over Apolluo so Ruddy will do the most damage to Apolluo.
Take your time matching thanks to extended move time. Don't forget to leave 6 orbs or less remaining on the board after matching. You will defeat him for sure.

Pretty neat, huh?

Good luck and have fun. See you next time!

March 2020 Quest - Challenge Level 10

If you're not going in blind for this one, here's what you need to know and possibly need to have to make this easier:

1. FUA
2. VDP
3. Hazard skyfall to overwrite hazard skyfall
4. full poison resist
5. heavy shield active skill (50% or greater) if you can't take 169k preemptive damage from DQ Hera
6. +combo shield to deal with Awoken Oichi's 8 combo shield
7. Damage absorb void skill for Alt. Durga

First Battle

Black Baron and Thumbelina are the enemies. Black Baron has 200 millions HP while Thumbelina only has 20 millions HP, but Thumbelina has 90% damage reduction for 3 turns that makes her has 200 millions HP, the same as Black Baron. Baron also casts 15% poison skyfall for 7 turns and make one spinner in the bottom left corner of the board. Baron's poison skyfall can be fatal so I'd suggest to bring something to overwrite his poison skyfall. Skill such as Halloween Pumpkin, Gaslowe's equip, Fenrir or similar skill can be used to overwrite Baron's poison skyfall.

Second Battle

Awoken Viper Orochi as the enemy. He "only" have 31 millions HP but he also put up 99% damage reduction for 1 turn. He will also reduces your move time to half for 10 turns. Have a skill to overwrite his time debuff especially if your team is low on move time. I feel that Diaochan is very great to have on the team depending on your team whether your team can accept diaochan or not.

If you brought Orochi's HP down to 95% or less on the first turn, he will buffed himself with 8x ATK for 999 turns. I don't think most team can withstand his buffed attack without heavy shield.

If you can't bring Orochi's HP down to 95% or less on the first turn, he will voids damage of 800k for the next 8 turns. I actually prefer Orochi to have damage void shield instead of dealing with his buffed attack.

If he buffed himself, you gotta defeat him immediately or else he will hits very hard.

Third Battle

Halloween Drawn Joker as the enemy. He has 125 millions HP and voids damage of 10 millions or more for 99 turns. He also reduces your rcv to half for the next 10 turns. If you can't one shot him, he will swap your leader to random subs for 3 turns. It can be bad if he swapped your leader to something that doesn't support your helper's leader skill.

If you dropped his HP to 20% or lower, he will hit for roughly 63k damage while changing 12 orbs into jammers and mortal poisons. His attack might not be fatal but his mortal poisons could be.

Fourth Battle

Awoken Oichi with her 8 combo shield that lasts for 5 turns. She will hit you with 99% gravity each turn until her combo shield just about to disappears. When her combo shield is gone, she will delays all of your skills to oblivion so you won't have any skills to use if she delays your skills. If you can't defeat her after her skill delay, she will introduces you to game over screen. She doesn't have that much HP. She only have 20 millions HP. If you can't withstand 169k damage as preemptive hit, make sure you use heavy shield active while defeating Oichi because DQ Hera will greet you on the next floor.

Fifth Battle

DQ Hera is back with more preemptive damage. 169k damage as preemptive hit. Make sure you can take that. She doesn't have many HP so it should be easy to defeat her. DQ hera only has 37 millions HP.

Sixth Battle

Make sure your damage absorb void skill is charged entering this floor because Alt. Durga is guarding this floor. She has 112 millions damage and will absorbs damage of 5 millions or more for 10 turns. If you decided to stall her damage absorb shield, make sure you have fast 2 turn awoken bind clear such as Diaochan because she will disable your awoken skills for 2 turns before hitting you with 99% gravity. She also has resolve so don't forget to make FUA match while defeating her or use leader with bonus attack to deal with her resolve.

Her 2-turn attack cd is bogus because she will haste herself when you dropped her to 99% HP or less. After that, she will make a move every turn.

Having jammer resist helps when you decided to stall her damage absorb shield because she will often changing some orbs into jammers. It can be bad if she changes heal into jammer.

The Boss Battle

The enemy is Reincarnated Hino Kagutsuchi. He will throw 10 turns skill delay, have 75% resolve, 75% damage reduction for 99 turns, voids damage of 10 millions or more for 999 turns and will haste himself when you dropped him to 75% or less HP.

He only has 150 millions HP but his 75% shield makes him has 600 millions effective HP. He's a triple type monster. Dragon, Physical and God type so any VDP card that's able to equip those killer latents can make his much easier to deal with.

Good luck and have fun. See you next time!

Endurance Challenge! Time Limit 60 Minutes Bipolar Goddess Rush

Endurance Challenge! Time Limit 60 Minutes
Bipolar Goddess Rush

Another one shot challenge. This dungeon is a combined of Arena 1 ~ 3 merged into one long dungeon consists of 69 battles. 21 battles for Arena 1 part, 23 battles for Arena 2 part and 25 battles for Arena 3 part. There's no difference between here and the regular Arena except you're gonna move straight to the next Arena part after clearing the previous Arena part.

Even though Arena 1 ~ 3 is now considered "easy" annihilation dungeon, there are couple of things that needs to be sorted out. Since Arena 1 & 2 are slightly de-tuned Arena 3, it's better to build the team to tackle the Arena 3 part.

Here are the things that I feel very important to ensure smooth run without much stalling:
1. Make sure you have card with FUA or super FUA, or use leader with bonus attack.
2. Have one or two card with VDP awakening(s) to deal with the Radar Dragons.
3. Have a bind clear if your team aren't all bind proof.
4. Have as many as four skills that could voids damage absorb shield. Arena 3 has four potential enemies with damage absorb shield: Sopdet, Parvati, Vishnu and Hera Dragon and it's not unheard of that all four can spawns on the same run.
5. Have a skill to overwrite hazard skyfall. Why? Because you can get Hera-Ur to spawns in Arena 2 part. She casts fire & jammer skyfall for 99 turns and it will be game over if you got Lakshmi to spawn on the next Arena 3 part. If you arrive on Lakshmi's floor with one jammer on the board, you will be greeted with Lakshmi's signature "Nope, Wrong!" move.
6. Have a skill to voids attribute absorb shield. This is mainly to deal with Noah Dragon. Noah Dragon has attribute absorb and damage void shield when she's at high HP. She absorbs random one of Fire/Water/Wood and one random Light/Dark attributes for one turn and will repeat the shield, possibly with different attribute absorbs.

If you can fit four skills that can voids damage absorb shield, it's important to note whether they are base skill or assist. If it's a base, you need to pay attention to the assist skill cooldown to prevent the assist to come up instead when you need to use damage absorb void skill.

I think the best approach to prevent the assists to come up is by dumping the skill when you have past potential floor with damage absorb. Dumping them on F20 and F40 is the best. You will still have enough turns to charge them again. If you use Reeche who has 30 turns CD, then you might not want to dump it but instead put assist with similar skills or assist with very long cd, or the best of all: don't put any assist and equip her with full skill delay resist.

60 minutes to fight 69 battles is more than enough. If you think about it, you have 20 minutes to clear each arena part. That's more than earlier challenge we have where we only have 10 minutes to clear Arena 1 and 15 minutes to clear Arena 2 & 3.

Using combo leader or even rainbow leader is perfectly fine. In fact, use any leader you like, it won't really matter as long as you can react fast enough.

I wish you good luck on this and hopefully you don't get problematic enemies to spawn.

Good luck and have fun. See you next time!

March 2020 Quest Challenge Level 9

Invalid Leader Skill & Skills

This month's quest challenge level 9 is all about move time. you're gonna need a lot of move time. the dungeon itself is only one battle and the enemy is Light Izanami. She's gonna put some tests for us.

Remember that Leader Skills won't be activated in this dungeon. That means no move time bonus from leader skills such as Madoo, Valkyrie-CIEL or Reeche. You have to rely on awakenings to get your move time.

Light Izanami reduced 80% of your original move time so you only have 20% of your original move time. Having a move time of 20 seconds including badge will makes you have 4 seconds of move time after her time debuff. it's pretty okay.

build your team with as many move time as you can find. multiple (or duplicates) of cards such as Yuna, Enola and Orphen are very great because they're the only cards who has 3 seconds of move time on their own. If you don't have them, don't worry. You can still use cards with 2 seconds of move time (including super awakening) and still be perfectly okay to run this dungeon.

Moving on the dungeon itself.

First, she asks us to erase all fire orbs then proceeds to make all other orbs unmatchable for one turn. Then she puts up 100% jammer skyfall for 6 turns, no skyfall combo for 6 turns and heavily reduced your move time for 6 turns.

Make fire match in a single row. at this point, you only need to match all fire orbs in a single row.

When you did that, 6 jammers will drop and Izanami will change those jammers into fire orbs so you're back with the original board she created.

Now, she wants you to erase only water orbs. Do the similar thing with fire orbs earlier, except this one you need to set up the board to make it easier for you to bypass the next tests.

Match all water orbs in a single row, then match all other orbs (even though they are in unmatchable state) in a 3-match or row (match of 6) configuration.

Do the same with the next test which should be erasing wood orbs, light orbs then dark orbs. If you're running out of time while setting up the board, it's fine. Just make sure that you already matched the orbs needed to bypass the test.

When you erased all dark orbs, Izanami will asks us to do 10 combo. The board she created is a 10 combo board but if you blindly match without setting up the board, you will find it very hard to make 10 combo with so little move time.

Since we already set up the board, it should be easy to make 10 combo like shown in the video.

Good luck and have fun. See you next time!

Weekend Challenge! Bipolar Goddess 3 - 15 Minutes Time Limit

Greeting, fellow PAD players!

Here's what you might need to ensure smooth run to complete this challenge:

1. FUA, Super FUA or using leaders with bonus attack
2. A way to deal with PreDra who has 10 millions defense
3. Up to four skills that can bypass damage absorb shield. Fujin, Demigod Gilgamesh, Lugh, Qilin, Borma, Panera, Reeche, Dark Raizer and similar skills. Note that 2-turn damage absorb void won't be usable here since there are no back to back enemies with damage absorb shield. They are two floors apart from each other. If you don't want to waste time stalling for the skill, bring three damage absorb void skills.
4. Full poison resist to anticipate Beelzebub's full poison board and to prevent Grisar from spawning mortal poison orbs.
5. some skill delay resist on your important skills, mainly the damage absorb skills.
6. VDP to defeat the radar dragons except Hephaestus and Hera Dragon.
7. A way to one shot both Kali who has around 74 millions effective HP with their 50% damage reduction applied.

A pure combo leaders is actually not very good because you have to do a specific combo to activate their leader skills. It took times to do combo. Unless you can move very fast without much thinking, pure combo lead might be have a hard time to clear this within 10 minutes time limit.

A faster leaders are that have easy activation. Dark Karin, Madoo, Mega Awoken Scheat, Super Lakshmi, Aerith, Tardis etc who only needs to match 5-6 connected orbs of any kind to activate their leader skills, or just using skills to activate their leader skills. You want to spend less time to clear a floor.

There are some enemies with combo shield so you might need to take some time to do combo on certain floor but it's a good practice to clear (or at least almost clear) the board every few turns so you will get fresh orbs to attack.

The most important and harder enemies are the radar dragons. Three of them have damage void shield, one has damage absorb shield and one has resolve.

Hephaestus Dragon has 50% resolve and will do 15 turns skill delay. If you somehow can't make fua match, try to one shot him while saving heal orbs. He will heals to exatcly 51% HP. If you somehow unable to make fua mach again, do a little to moderate damage the next turn to erase his resolve then you can blast him the next turn.

Noah dragon will absorb two random attributes every turn (one of fire/water/wood and one of light or dark) while also having damage void shield. If you want to one shot her, it's best to use attribute absorb void skill (such as reeche, sleipnir, base or uevo greco roman 3 such as hestia, astraea, uranus etc) and do vdp match.

Gaia dragon has 39 millions HP but also has 75% damage reduction for 6 turns. She will only attacks you every three turns and will obliterates you on her 8th turns. She has damage void shiled. Her damage reduction makes her have 156 millions effective HP.

Zeus Dragon will do 35% gravity damage as preemptive. He also has second most HP with 78 millions HP. He also has damage void shield, and he will always put up 7 combo shield when he's dropped to less than 50% HP. It doesn't matter what's his HP threshold is. the 7 combo shield will always happens first turn when he's below 50% HP.

finally, hera dragon. she has damage absorb shield, and will alterante her skill between heals you to full and attacking you. She will most likely will annihilates most teams on her 8 turns onwards where she will do 181k damage, then 256k damage every turn after that.

Both Kali have 37 millions damage and 50% damage reduction shield for 1 turn. Light Kali is a God & Healer type while Dark Kali is a God & Dragon type.

Good luck and have fun. See you next time!

04 February 2020

February 2020 Quest - Challenge Level 10

What you need to have to clear this dungeon:

1. Some SDR on your important skills

2. awoken bind clear
3. +combo active skills if your team doesn't have +combo built into the leader skill
4. time extend skill
5. full blind resist
6. FUA or leader with bonus attack
7. VDP
8. Full poison resist

The most important thing is to have awoken bind clear. It's best if your awoken bind clear able to clear 7 or more turns of awoken bind clear. The next important thing would be having full blind resist.

First battle

Hathor is a God & Attacker type who has 28 millions HP. She will delays all of your skills by 5 turns. Make sure you put some SDR on your important skills, especially if you're gonna use transform leader such as Yugi, Fagan-RAI or Kamen Rider Super 1. She doesn't have status shield so she can be delayed.

Second Battle

Hamal is a Machine & God type who has 55.9 millions HP. She's a normal version as can be found in Arena 5. She will locks all heal orbs then changing her attribute to random one, and will absorbs damage from attribute that has advantage over her own attribute. It's better to have full poison resist especially if Hamal is absorbing your team's main attribute because her first turn will always be changing all orbs into poison. If you use Yugi, you have nothing to worry about but if you aren't, you're gonna need full poison resist or skills that can change those poison into something else.

Third Battle

Alt. Folklore. The same as the one in Alt. Bipolar Goddess and Alt. Three Hands of Fate. That means a 7 turns of awoken bind. Make sure you carry awoken bind clear or else he's gonna make your life difficult because he hits very hard. He also has 99% damage that will make healing a difficult job to pull off if you can't clear his awoken bind.

He's a Dragon, Devil & Machine type who has 261 millions HP. They has beefed up his HP considerably from the ones in the Alt. Arena.

Fourth Battle

Alt. Another Geist. The same that can be found in Alt. Grotesque Being. He has 50% passive Light & Dark damage reduction, will put up 7 combo shield for 99 turns, locks all orbs and casts a no-skyfall combo for 5 turns. He doesn't have status shield so he can be delayed. I think it's safe to stall his no-skyfall buff as long as you don't pushed him into low HP.

Fifth Battle

Nut is the enemy. She is a God & Physical type who has 63 millions HP, 50% resolve and has nasty preemptive sets. She will reduced your move time to half for 10 turn, a 45k preemptive hit and changing all heal orbs into jammer.

There's a trick to "bypass" her resolve. Her first move will always a moderate hit while spawning 8 bombs and reduced your RCV by half for 10 turns. If you can blast and put her into 1 HP, she will still do those things I mentioned so you can forget about making FUA on her, especially if you aren't using leader with bonus attack. Be careful with her RCV debuff though as it can be fatal on some teams.

Sixth Battle

Nephthys is a God type with 58 millions HP, 50% resolve, will super blind the outer orbs for 1 turn and binds all god type cards for 10 turns. She doesn't have status shield so delay and poison works on her.

The Boss Battle

Cthugha. The same that can be found in Arena 5 but with more HP. He's a God & Devil type who has 600 millions HP, 50% resolve, 50% passive water damage reduction and voids damage of 20 millions or more for 999 turns.

It's safe to say that most modern team focusing on VDP damage won't have problem one-shotting him especially if you're saving important skill for him. If you can't one shot him and put him into less than 50% HP, he will change all orbs into fire while dealing around 100k damage. You won't want that to happen especially if you don't have full board changer.

Good luck and have fun. See you next time!

25 January 2020

Weekend Challenge! Bipolar Goddess 2 - 10 Minutes Time Limit

Here's what you might need to ensure smooth run to complete this challenge:

1. Subs with FUA, Super FUA or using leaders with bonus attack
2. A way to deal with PreDra who has 10 millions defense
3. No less than three skills that can bypass damage absorb shield.
5. A way to one shot both Kali who has around 66 millions effective HP with their 50% damage reduction applied.

You might also want to take precaution that there are enemies with attribute absorbs, mainly on 10th floor where there will be a two potential enemies with attribute absorbs. Maleficent Zaerog on floor 20 also have a chance to appears. He has either Light or Dark damage absorbs and will repeat the attribute absorb skill when it wears off. He also has 100% gravity attack so for you who will be using 4x HP leaders or leaders without built-in shield, you might want to have a solution for Maleficent Zaerog.

Good luck and have fun. See you next time!

22 January 2020

Latent Tamadra (Extra Slot) Challenge! Extra Slot Trial

Here's what you probably need to clear this dungeon:

1. Awoken bind clear.
2. Sub with FUA, or Leader that has bonus attack after matching.
3. Sub with L-Unlock.
4. Attribute absorb void if you're using either Light or Dark team.
5. Full board change to get 7+ combo on the "actual" boss.

First Battle

Cameo is a Balanced type with 27.7 millions HP and 320k Defense. She also has 75% damage reduction for 6 turns, making her has 110.9 millions effective HP. She doesn't have status shield so she can be delayed, if you have delay on your team and have enough skill boost to use it on first or second turn. Cameo doesn't hit too hard for modern teams with 4x HP so she can be safe place to stall for skills, if needed.

Second Battle

Echidna with only 1.9 millions HP. She has 3-turn skill delay as preemptive. Not too dangerous.

Third Battle

Wood Guardian Dragon as enemy. He has 2-turn awoken bind as preemptive while also doing some damage and changing some column into heal and jammer orbs. If you don't have awoken bind clear and couldn't erase at least 20% of his HP while being awoken bind, he will bind a random sub for 3-5 turns so take that in mind. You may need that sub's skill or awakening. It's better to have awoken bind clear.

Fourth Battle

Mirage Plesios has 7 millions HP and will casts locked water and heal orb skyfall for 10 turns. If you need a full board change or an orb change, and you will change either water or heal orbs into something else, you better have card with L-Unlock on your team.

Fifth Battle

Yamatsumi Dragon has 8 millions HP so he's not that too difficult to defeat. He's not an Alt. version so he doesn't have resolve.

Sixth Battle

Kundali is a God & Attacker type who has 80 millions HP and will do 40,663 damage as preemptive, and will do the same damage each turn. If you have either God or Attacker killer on your team, he should be easy. Even if you don't, modern teams shouldn't have too much problem defeating him.

Seventh Battle

Agni has 12 millions HP and 5 combo shield. If you can bypass his combo shield, chances are you will defeat him provided you have enough orbs to attack.

Eighth Battle

Sherospada has 7 millions HP and will casts 1-3 turns skill delay. He has 50% resolve and will do 28k damage if you pushed him to 10% or lower HP while reducing your orb move time to -2 seconds for 10 turns.

Ninth Battle

Green Puppeteer, Courage as enemy. She only have 7 millions HP so she doesn't that hard to defeat. The problem is, depends on your team, she absorbs Light & Dark damage for 5 turns. If you're using either Light or Dark team, you probably will need attribute absorb void. She can be hard to stall because she has a potential to erase heal orbs every turn while doing moderate damage of 18k. Make sure your team can heal while stalling, or just use attribute absorb void and ignore her attribute absorbs.

Tenth Battle

This is the "actual" boss. Awoken Machine Zeus has 49.4 millions HP, passive 50% dark damage reduction and 7 combo shield. You need to match 8 or more combo to defeat him. If you cannot do 8 or more combo, he will starts to spams mortal poison and bind random subs for 3 turns. It's better to one shot him using orb or board change. You do not want to pushed him to 20% or lower HP because his execution hit will annihilates any team without damage void shield.

Boss Battle

This is the prize. Extra Slot Latent Tamadra. You will need two of this Tamadra to fully unlocked all 8 latent slots of Reincarnated or Super Reincarnated cards. The new Annihilation Colosseum dungeon can drop this Tamadra and currently is the only place to farm this Tamadra although we probably will be getting this Tamadra as rewards for completing other tasks in the future.

Good luck and have fun. See you next time!

17 January 2020

New Year Skill Challenge - Mythical Plus

What you need for this dungeon

1. FUA, Super FUA or Delay or Poison to deal with resolve
2. Tape resist
3. Poison and Jammer resist, or skill that removes hazards
4. VDP
5. God, Dragon or Attacker Killer are preferable for easier run

First Battle

Jeanne D'Arc has 25 millions HP. She's a Dragon and Attacker type. She won't use any annoying skill. Depends on your team, you probably won't have a hard time defeating her. She just fixed orb starting position as her preemptive.

Second Battle

Tengu is the enemy. He has 27 millions HP, and is a PHysical and Devil type. He will reduced your move time to -3 seconds for one turn as well as having 5 combo shield so you gotta make 6 or more combo for your attack to goes through.

Third Battle

Spica. She's a Machine and God type with 40 millions HP. She will seal the top row for 3 turns. That's where tape resist comes in handy. If you're using either Wood or Light team, you're set because Spica will gives you a column of wood on the left and a column of light orbs on the right. Use it to your advantage.

Fourth Battle

Mitsuki is a Healer and Attacker type with 32 millions HP. Not many team packs healer and attacker killer so she might gives you some trouble, especially her 99% gravity preemptive. If your team has crappy RCV, the next floor will be even harder for you to heal.

Fifth Battle

Ame no Uzume. She's a God & Balanced type with 50 millions HP. She also reduced your RCV to half for 5 turns as her preemptive. If your team packed with God killer, she should be easy.

Sixth Battle

Yamato Takeru is a God & Dragon type with only 178k HP. That's right. 178k HP. But, he has massive defense. 500 millions defense. Card with multiple God and Dragon killer won't have problem penetrating his defense. He also will creates many poison and jammer as preemptive. If you don't have full poison and or jammer resist, bring a skill to change those hazards into something else. You can also use defense break on him since he doesn't have status shield.

Seventh Battle

Khepri is a God & Attacker type with 36 millions HP. She will also binds your awoken skills for 5 turns. Make sure you brought awoken bind clear or else she will gives you a hard time.

Eighth Battle

Artemis is a God & Attacker type with 40 millions HP. Luckily she doesn't have any annoying absorb shield. She just gonna casts 20% jammer skyfall for 5 turns. That could prevents some orbs to drop. You can opt to erase her jammer skyfall or use a skill to erase those jammers when needed. Team with low CD skill that clears hazard such as Rimururu, REX or Rhea card from Gungho Collab able to clear hazards on a low CD.

Ninth Battle

Tsukuyomi. She has 7 combo shield, a 50% resolve and casts no skyfall for 5 turns. She doesn't have status shield so you can use delay or poison to deal with her resolve. Getting five heal orbs and needed orbs to attack with jammer skyfall from Artemis still in effect can be challenging.

Boss Battle

Kamimusubi is a God & Balanced type with 200 millions HP. She voids damage of 10 millions or more for 10 turns. Beware that she will puts up annoying spinners if you can't one shot her. She will drop up to three spinners on the board and will constantly changing their location every turn. Remember Keela? Similarly annoying. Make sure to one shot her or else you might be force to stall her damage void shield since making VDP can be hard when the spinners are in the way.

She has 159k damage (after she buffed herself) as execution hit when her damage void shield disappears, and she will repeat that every turn. You might be able to survive once but surely not twice or three times in a row.

Rewards for clearing this dungeon are the usual one magic stone and two New Year Rainbow Tokens that can be used to get the exchangeable card from the Monster Exchange. If you already got that, you can still use it to exchange them for either Tri-God Mask or Diamond Dragon Fruit. Only one exchange allowed for each though.

Good luck and have fun. See you next time!

Fixed Leader & Helper Challenge! [3] - Blank Mind Thunderstrikes

Greeting, fellow PAD players!

Here's what you need to have to be able to clear this dungeon.

1. FUA or fast poison sub
2. Skill that generates Light and Heal orbs on a fast CD. It has to be ready to be used on the second floor, at least on the 2nd turn of the floor.
3. Another skill that generates 4 or more light orbs for the 3rd battle
4. Awoken bind clear. It will be better if the skill also generates light orbs such as Valkyrie-CIEL Gear.
5. Enough Skill Boost to guarantee that you can use Saline on the 6th floor before the 5-turn countdown reaches zero.

Other mechanics found on the dungeon can be solved with both leader's skill.

First Battle
Fire Orb Dragon as enemy. He does 15k damage preemptive hit and changes three most-right column to fire and jammer, then put up a 6 combo shield for 1 turn. If you're able to do 7 combo while keeping him alive, he will extends your move time to 1.5x for 5 turns.

Second Battle
Sha Wujing as enemy. He has 75% resolve and does 22.8k unshielded damage as preemptive. He doesn't have status shield so he can be poisoned or delayed. Be careful if you're trying to damage control him. He has pathetic HP and will do 99% gravity followed by an attack if you drop him to 1 HP.

Third Battle
Beach Meimei as enemy. She will changes 15 non-heal orbs into heal orbs so you will have a lot of heal orbs on the board. You will need to use skill here. Either a full board changer or something that could changes those heal into light. If you can't one shot Meimei, she will throw 6 turns skill delay that could be fatal for the next battles.

Fourth Battle
Persephone as enemy. She is a regular version and not an Alt version. She will put up 50% damage reduction for 10 turns and decreases your move time to -3 seconds for 10 turns. Use Kio to overwrite her time debuff and get additional light orbs. If your team has subs with God Killer, she should be easy.

Fifth Battle
Nim as enemy. She will binds your awoken skills for 3 turns and make one spinner for 10 turns on a random location. She's quite tough with 33.5 millions HP and taking half damage from Water and Fire attack. She is an Attacker and Healer, so you might want to put one or two subs that can do great damage to her, like triple 7c subs or subs with many Attacker or Healer killer.

Sixth Battle
This is the "real" boss. Alt Hades as enemy. He doesn't have 99% gravity preemptive as usual. Instead, he will super blind some orbs for one turn. What's interesting is that, he has a 5 turn countdown, and the super-blinded orbs are made to read as his countdown. 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. He won't attack between each countdown so you can take your time defeating him, but you don't want him to attack. He will end you. This is where you need to have Saline changed before his countdown reaches zero. Using Saline will most likely guaranteed that your team will be able to defeat him, even though he took only half damage from light attack (no attribute advantage) and has 153 millions HP.

The Boss battle
Hopefully SDR tamadra appears here

January 2020 Quest Challenge Level 10 - No Skyfall Combos

What you need:

1. L-Unlock. If you rely on orb or board changer, you need to bring a leader or sub who has this awakening.

2. FUA or Super FUA or leader with bonus attack.

3. Cloud resist.

3. Damage absorb void active skill. Fujin, Demigod Gilgamesh, Borma, Qilin, Dark Raizer and many more similar skills. No argument unless you can do perfect or near perfect damage control, or wants to stall for 99 turns.

4. You also may need VDP or damage void piercer active skill such as transformed Fagan-RAI, Light Shelling Ford, Akine or Hao. If you don't have one or chose not to bring one, you might be okay. The shield only lasts for 6 turns.

First Battle

Gainaut casts 99 turns of random locked orb skyfall. That's why you need to have L-Unlock if you rely on orb or board changer. He's pretty weak so you won't have much trouble defeating him.

Second Battle

Scion Dragon will hit you with 99% gravity, and he has 76% resolve. He's also pretty weak. You can get by without healing from his gravity since the next floor won't have preemptive hit, especially if you use leader with bonus attack.

Third Battle

Rei Sirius will put a column of clouds for 4 turns. If you don't want to have hard time navigating the orbs, you need to have cloud resist. Rei Sirius also decreases your RCV to half. He doesn't have that much HP though so he's pretty easy to defeat.

Fourth Battle

Krishna is a God/Balanced type, has 33 millions HP and will absorbs damage of 8 millions or more for 99 turns. That's why you need damage absorb void skill. Make sure you can one shot him after using your damage absorb void skill especially if your damage absorb void skill lasts for only 1 turn. Krishna will also hit you with random skill delay, so make sure you put 6 SDR to whoever has damage absorb void skill.

Fifth Battle

Kundali is a God/Attacker type and will hit you with 85k damage preemptive hit and will continue to hit you with the same amount of damage every turn. He doesn't have status shield so you can delay him if you want. He has roughly 96 millions HP.

The Boss Battle

The boss is Urd. The same Urd that can be found in Arena 4 or AA2. She's a God/Attacker type, has 51% resolve and will put up damage void shield for 6 turns. If you choose not to have VDP sub or leader, you can stall her damage void shield. She only use her skill every 2 turns unless you pushed her HP into 50% or less. When she's at 50% or less HP, she will haste her turn, making her use move every turn and will reduces your move time to half for 10 turns. If you want to one shot her, you need to use orb or board changer to make sure you hit VDP and enough combo to bypass her 5 combo shield. She has 199 millions HP and 120k defense.

Good luck and have fun. See you next time!
